Business databases took over rebuilding the customer database for our photographic studio.
Prior to their design we had been using a very powerful but complex program that we found very difficult to customise to our requirements.
We needed to build in special fields as well as specific reporting systems that no off-the-shelf system had been capable of providing.
As our business has evolved our requirements have also changed with the need for more specific reports, particularly relating to our marketing
strategies. Having worked with Business databases for a number of years we are absolutely delighted to have developed a system that is perfect
for our requirements. We have also had excellent follow-up service whenever we have needed a new reporting format or an adjustment to the system.
Many of the weaknesses of the previous systems we have tried have been overcome by having a specifically developed design and a database designer
with whom we have been able to communicate with on a one-to-one basis. This has meant much greater speed in our operations as the previous program
required many entry steps to get the data entered. Our reports, being that we are a photographic studio, have been customized as there are no
standard designs available in other database programs, as there would be for larger organisations.
Business databases have been a great asset to our business in that we have finally been able to create a user-friendly system that suits our requirements.
The changes we have requested have always been completed in the timeframe promised and have actually done what they are supposed to do.
We will continue to use the service of Business databases to make the necessary adjustments as required and can genuinely recommend their services
to others.
